Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Services Hub. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Services Hub.
1. What Services Hub is
Services Hub is a marketplace. Buyers post jobs, service providers ("sellers") send proposals, and the two agree a booking. Services Hub is not a party to that agreement and does not itself provide the services; each seller is an independent provider responsible for their own work.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Sellers must be who their verification documents say they are.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise.
3. Verification and approval
Seller profiles, verification documents and job posts are reviewed by our team before they go public. We may approve, reject or remove them at our discretion, for example when information cannot be verified or breaks these terms. Approval is not an endorsement or a guarantee of a seller's work.
4. Payments, wallet and escrow
- Buyers add funds to their wallet through a top-up request, which our team confirms before the balance can be used.
- When a buyer accepts a proposal, the full booking amount is moved from the buyer's wallet into escrow and held until the work is settled.
- Each booking shows its price and the Services Hub platform fee before it is confirmed. Fees and rates in effect at the time of booking apply to that booking.
- After the seller marks the work complete, the buyer has a limited time (the dispute window) to raise a problem. If no dispute is raised in that time, the funds are released to the seller's wallet.
- For scheduled work, only sessions that were delivered are paid to the seller; the balance for undelivered sessions is returned to the buyer.
- Sellers can request a withdrawal of their available balance; withdrawals are reviewed and paid out by our team.
- Do not arrange or take payment for a job found on Services Hub outside the platform. Escrow and dispute protection only cover payments made through it.
5. Cancellations
A buyer can cancel a booking. Whether the refund is full or partial, and whether the seller receives compensation, depends on how close to the start time the cancellation is. The cancellation policy and the amounts that would apply are shown on the booking before you confirm a cancellation.
6. Disputes
If something goes wrong, either party can raise a dispute on the booking. While a dispute is open, the funds stay in escrow and the private conversation for that booking is closed; all communication moves to the dispute thread, which our staff can see. Our team reviews the booking, its messages and any evidence, and decides how the escrowed funds are split. Both parties agree to accept that decision for the funds held in escrow.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, illegal, offensive or discriminatory content.
- Offer or request services that are illegal or that you are not qualified or licensed to provide.
- Harass, threaten or defraud other users.
- Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings.
- Use another person's account, scrape the site, or interfere with its security or operation.
If you see content or an account that breaks these rules, email us a link to it and our team will review it.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk. You can close your account at any time by contacting us. Funds held in escrow for active bookings are settled under these terms before an account is closed.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services Hub is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services offered by sellers, or that the site will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Services Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use Services Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
