Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Account details: your name, email address and password (stored only in hashed form).
• Profile details: phone number, city and ZIP code, and for service providers a bio, rates, skills and weekly availability.
• Verification documents: service providers upload documents such as a government ID or a certification so our team can verify them.
• Job posts, proposals, bookings, messages between buyers and providers, reviews, and anything you write in a dispute.
• Wallet activity: top-up and withdrawal requests and the transactions on your balance.

Information collected automatically

• Technical details our servers record when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of each request. We use these to keep the service secure and to investigate problems.

• To run the marketplace: showing job posts and provider profiles, delivering messages, and managing bookings.
• To hold and release payments through each user's wallet and our escrow process.
• To verify service providers and review job posts before they go public.
• To resolve disputes. Our staff may review the booking, its messages and the dispute thread to reach a decision.
• To send you service emails, such as email verification, password resets and booking updates.
• To prevent fraud and abuse and to keep accounts secure, for example by limiting repeated sign-in attempts.

Service provider profiles, including name, bio, rates, availability and reviews, are public. Job posts are visible to providers once approved. Messages are visible only to the buyer and provider in that conversation, and to our staff when a dispute is raised. Verification documents are never shown to other users.

We share personal information only:

• With the other party to a job or booking, as needed to deliver the service.
• With service providers that run parts of our platform on our behalf, such as our hosting provider and Brevo, which delivers our emails. They may use the information only to provide those services to us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or the public.
• As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

We use a small number of cookies and your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in forms, and to remember interface preferences such as a collapsed sidebar. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Passwords are stored hashed. Verification documents are kept in private storage that is not reachable from the public web and are viewed only by authorized staff. The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

We keep your information for as long as your account is open. Records of payments, bookings and disputes may be kept for longer where we need them to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, or to resolve a dispute.

You can view and update most of your information from your profile. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing info@syncing.world. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will honor them as required.

Services Hub is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know by email or with a notice on the site.
